A 12 week exercise & nutrition programme aimed at busy individuals who have been fit or played sport & lost their way through external factors.

Life has a habit of getting in the way. Kids, work and a whole load of other things demand our time and attention and it’s only natural our fitness takes a backseat.

BUT WHAT IF WE COULD REDISCOVER SOME OF OUR FORMER GLORY?

Back2Fitness, co-founded by England’s 2003 Rugby World Cup winner Neil Back MBE, holds the key.
Put together by Strength & Conditioning Coach Sam Yassin and his Nutrition Advisor Jack Baker – and backed to the hilt by Neil – it’s a 12 week fitness and diet plan designed for men, with everyone from your Average Joe to former elite sportsmen in mind.*
Whether you worked hard on your fitness back in the day or took it completely for granted, the programme is achievable and fits in around your commitments.
A fitter, stronger, leaner and more motivated you.

GET MORE OUT OF LIFE – GET BACK2FITNESS!

*Please note, ladies tackling the programme will feel a benefit but, devised specifically for the guys, it’s not optimised for female physiology. This is why we plan to develop a female specific version early 2017.
