UUJ 1st XV will be competing next season in the “Student Sport Ireland” Div 2 All Ireland League. The 2nd XV will be competing in the Provincial League. Due to the nature of Colleges rugby players experience range from school leavers through Qualifying and All Ireland Clubs to Representive players. Training is based at the Jordanstown Campus
We are now looking to recruit a specialised backs coach to join our successful coaching team.
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
– Experience in coaching senior players at Q1 or All Ireland club level.
-Accredited Level 1 or preferably Level 2 coach.
– Available to coach Monday evenings and Wednesday afternoons and be available to travel to away matches on Wednesdays with the 1st XV squad.
– Be able to work as a member of a successful coaching team.
