***YOUTH GIRLS’ OPEN TRAINING SESSIONS***
Three open training sessions will take place on Sunday 15th November. Sessions are free of charge, led by Ulster Rugby coaches and are open to all girls aged 12-18 years of age both novice or experienced player.
The sessions will focus on basic skills, decision making and tackle technique. This is also an opportunity to be seen by Ulster Rugby staff looking to identify new talent for next season’s Ulster U18 Girls’ Development Squad who will have an invite only pre-Christmas training session.

Randalstown RFC 12:00-13:30
Monaghan RFC 12:30-14:00
