Ulster Women will open their inter-provincial campaign against Leinster at Ravenhill this Saturday (kick off 2.30pm).

The squad has trained very hard both on and off the pitch, with off-pitch sessions taking place at Crossfit Northern Ireland. The coaching team of Benjy van der Byl, Jason Rainey and Brian O’Shaughnessy have worked extremely hard in recent months to get the players into shape for the upcoming for all their inter-pro series
