Ulster Ravens v Bristol: 150+ Action Shots LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What an honour, a privelege and exciting thing it is to watch a bunch of players put together the excitement, the intensity, the passion and pride, and the thought required to take on anything in front of them, no matter what happens. Every game you play has this, in abundance. Thank you to every single team of brothers who take to the field. Because you care so much about it and want to show the world how good you are at this game (and boy how many times have you done that), this emotion lived in this game, in every moment, with guys playing for Ulster for one of the first times and playing against opposition who were blessed with a side suited to torrential rain and who are good. Fair play to Bristol and we all wish them well. But how good was it to see the Ravens seize their chances. The level of this rugby is awesome, taking big hits, getting back up instantly, re alinging, defending, defending, defending, defending, defending, attacking., defending, attacking, defending, attacking, defending, attacking….. attacking, attacking, attacking. An absolutely superb game and such strides were taken forward that even under the hardest of circumstances the guys once again would not lie down and but for the slimest of margins possible very nearly won the game. Two times we crossed the line, dissallowed, marginal to say the least, and then again in the final 10 seconds two chances, but for the literally torrential downpour. If the guys did not have a go, those chances would not have arisen. The fact is they did have a go, and the rugby was sublime – The Ravens, there ain’t no big support there, but the biggest of hearts take to that pitch!
