Women’s RWC set to kick off in France

As the world’s top female rugby players gear up for tomorrow’s start of the Women’s Rugby World Cup in Paris, fans in France and all over the globe can engage in the tournament like never before.

Tickets for the opening day at the headquarters of the Fédération Française de Rugby in the Parisian suburb of Marcoussis are almost sold out for what should be an exciting start to the tournament. And supporters not lucky enough to be in the venue itself can watch the action from the comfort of their living rooms with a broadcast schedule set to be beamed into no fewer than 138 territories in six continents.

Fans can also follow the games via the IRB’s live stream (subject to geo-blocking for some matches in certain territories).

And while there are only a handful of tickets remaining for day one of WRWC and the other pool matches, more are still available for the semi-finals and final in the famous Stade Jean Bouin in central Paris on August 13 and 17.
