Brixton Hill studio’s did this in aid of Brixton Soup Kitchen & Support Centre..yes, a record. Pure madness, eh?

This is a beautiful Xmas album by hot new artists in the UK – it is truly a wonderful piece or work and all the proceeds goto Brixton Soup Kitchen in South London. The known artists include Bad Parents (Misty Miller), Alessi’s Ark, Black Midi – are the most well-known on the compilation. The vinyl comes in white – to represent the white Xmas we all dream of ☺

6 of Brixton Hill Studio’s finest bands have contributed a song about this unique season which is encapsulated in this 20 minute treat. Some the songs are happy, some are sad, some are bitter sweet, but all are a unique take on this annual yuletide festival. All proceeds from this little album go directly to Brixton Soup Kitchen who have been providing a much needed service in our local community since 2013. As well as providing hot lunches to people in need they have built up an amazing community hub providing food and clothing banks, legal advice as well as help with housing and finding employment.
