LCDI – Fuel Scheme
The scheme is very simple; customers buy stamps (minimum £5), from various outlets right across the Borough, including LBC and LCDI (for a current list of retail outlets)
The stamps are collected on a savings card and are then presented to the oil supplier as full or part payment for the oil delivered to their home.
