Raw cane sugar and balsamic vinegar bring a sticky, caramelised depth, while cider vinegar adds a tasty touch of acidity. A delicate hint of red chilli gives just enough heat to keep things interesting, balanced by a whisper of sea salt and black pepper for a well-rounded finish.

A generous serving over meat and veggie burgers, steaks, chops, or halloumi gives an instant gourmet flair.
