The workforce at MVP holds a wide and vast knowledge and experience within the fitness industry. Between them they have numerous qualifications including in the latest training techniques, and know how to get the most out of your body. MVP’s sport scientists will provide the knowledge for analysis and breakdown of sporting performance. Also the MVP workforce hold numerous coaching badges including soccer, GAA, boxing, MMA and rugby and are constantly updating and looking for ways to improve their knowledge.
