Recently I have been using Multipower’s Creatine in order to increase my ability to produce energy quicker, train harder and in turn, produce results quicker. Multipower’s 100% Creatine monohydrate is not only smooth, but it also goes down surprisingly well. Haven’t taken Creatine for at least 8 months, I had forgotten some of the major benefits it gave you if taken properly.
This particular Creatineis made with Creapure Monohydrate which is suitable for all you vegetarians out there. Multipower suggest you take 3g daily, something I did on a regular basis for about a month before each work out I did. Using this supplement pre-work out worked wonders for me as it game me that bit more energy one needs for those tough, intense sessions.
Creatine basically forms a rich compound that helps you produce energy during periods of highly intense exercises. It helps you sustain a higher intensity of work out for a longer period of time, which enables your performance to improve alongside increasing your work load. Furthermore, if taken at the right times, Creatine can be used to enhance recovery time between sets, allowing you to undertake a harder, more intense work out. This is why I think I have improved in both muscle addition and definition alongside a substantial strength gain.
Multipower’s Creatine supplement gave me a very good boost throughout my work outs and its one of the easiest taking supplements I have used. For all my fellow Rugby players, I would highly recommend taking Multipower’s Creatine if you want to build muscle and power quickly in a short space of time.
