MEN’S AWARENESS GROUP- HELPING YOU IN DIFFICULT TIMES.
In today’s world, there are many men that feel lost, disconnected, and overwhelmed by expectations of who they should be. The Men’s Mind Cave is a safe space built for those who are ready to take back control and reconnect with their true selves, to create the relationship with who they are on the inside, creating a stronger and more purposeful path – psychically, mentally and spiritually.
The Men’s Mind Cave offer free, online Zoom sessions that are held every other Tuesday at 7.30pm, where men can discuss the issues that they may be facing, their challenges as well as sharing useful ideas to build a clearer mindset and make a hard situation, easier. Honest, raw, non judgemental conversations are encouraged and required, to help sharpen self-awareness, strengthen mindset and tap into inner power.
Founded by Simon Verhage – A Reiki healer, clinical hypnotherapist and breath work coach. After years of firsthand struggles and tough times, Simon knows first hand what it’s like to feel lost, disconnected and unsure of the next step. The journey to a healthy mind set has made him stronger, more accepting of life’s challenges and in tune with who he truly is.
Simon says ‘That’s why I created The Men’s Mind Cave, a space where men can come together, break free from the pressures of everyday life, and reconnect with themselves. This isn’t just another group, it’s a place to get real, to cut through the noise, and to do the inner work needed to build resilience, strength, and purpose.’
Whether you’re facing personal challenges, wanting clarity, or simply looking for a place to connect and talk with like minded men who understand the journey, YOU belong here. The Men’s Mind Cave is where you reclaim your inner strength, emotionally, and spiritually.
