When you throw the ball up on the air and it ends up about half a pitch away you know its a day for the forwards. Dromore play whatever game is on as with any club in Ulster, they attack rucks with a coordinated frenzy, you’ll see the first player their canopening the opposition player taking him out of the ruck in the various ways done, in an instant the next player or 2 or 3 to the ruck will storm and take over the ruck, and whoosh in an instant its a turnover!
