InTouch TVV USRFR Referee Patrick Rae comments on a marked increase in skills and awareness of the laws and respect for the referees at all levels

The Ulster Rugby Referees are very proud of all Ulster rugby players and their professionalism and conduct on and off the pitch. Patrick comments on an increasing appreciation for the laws of the game and the increasing respect that Ulster Rugby players at all levels show to referees and the laws of the game. This has been on going and increasing for some time. Patrick is an absolutely superb referee and someone who literally counts rugby and its ideals as something he identifies with as do we all, somwthing that Ulster Rugby players from minis right up to our top pro players observe and it is no coincidence that our province has won the fairplay RaboDirect award for two years!
