InTouch TVV Letterkenny’s Rugby Convenor Jeremy Worth comments on pre-season and the I XV.

After the Gordon West Cup game on Saturday it was apparent that Letterkenny have that something, that bond, good rugby players, backs, forwards, a real understanding of the game, the line in attack and defence and the doggedness to stick at it, Jeremy comments below after a good win in a tight game in the Gordon West Cup Round 1…….

Conditions: Sunny throughout, a half moderate wind which had an impact in a game that was tight for first half and much of the second half
Pitch Condition: Very well maintained pitch, new fencing, plenty of advertising hoarding, grass itself in perfect condition having been very well tended, a lovely flat playing surface facing the new clubhouse.
Referee: Well known in Ulster and was pinging the breakdown very quickly which really focused everyone.
