InTouch TV Special Feature: Richard Latimer’s Remedial & Sports Massage:

Experience, Location & background: InTouch Rugby is delighted to support and recommend Richard. His practice is based at LA Fitness, Shaws Brdige, Belfast. It is ideally located to the rugby clubs in the area but people are travelling futher to avail of his excellent service and the benefits of that.

In this interview we get a feel for the benefits, and get to see richard at work with a patient.

Massage has been recognised for some time now as a must for any serious athlete from a recovery from injury perspective and also for the proven benefits for all athletes on an on going basis. It improves performance and this can apply not only to athletes but for everyone. Stress whether it be physical or psychological has a negative impact and massage therapy has a significant impact on both.

We look forward to blogging with Richard for the next while and we hope you get a feel for him and his practice in the following interview.
