Its been a roller coaster ride for years now at Malone RFC the home of the Cregagh Red Sox. They have blazed an unbelievable trail through Irish Rugby and literally left everyone in a stunned silence and awe at the massive bond that these guys have, built on digging down deep to a free rugby expression on the pitch. Its about themselves, their homes, their families. Its about the freedom to establish a new generation and stand tall in pride. They are so good throughout this club and getting back now to the steps to the try.
