Junior pre-season starts on tuesday the 2nd august but w welcome new players any time… training starts at 6.15 and ends around 7.30. Open to ages 11 upwards and youngers girls attend the mini section. Girls will be taught everything in a fully safe manner and are coached by fully trained IRFU qualified coaches Gen Goodall is an IRFU level 1 head coach with 8 years experience in coaching rugby at all ages and levels.
