Injuries will happen. However, you can rest assured when an Ulster Club rugby player is injured, he is injured. Clogher Valley have done waht they always do, they have accepted the facts, taken it on the chin and coped. The club has reached a position where they have remained in Q1 consistently (although one of the smallest clubs in Ulster) and now having been faced with a combination of natural retirements and injuries which have to happen, they have been able to survive because players who maybe could have done with another season in a different compeitition have been given the chance to blood themselves into Q1 rugby, were talking about young, young guys, and that transition with the help of the seasoned I Xv players still at the peak of their abilities and with a wealth of winning knowledge has produced – The JNR Cup! Coach Glen Kyle comments on one of the smallest clubs in Ulster Clogher Valley RFC winning one of the biggest Cups in Ulster and adding it to their trophy cabinet which currently contains all the other big cups in Ulster
