Hughes Mushrooms unites a large network of dedicated mushroom growers on the island of Ireland. Working to pack, promote, sell and distribute the humble mushroom throughout the UK and Ireland, we act on behalf of our farmers to help bring them a fair return for their dedication and expertise.

Each one of our growers is fully certified by Assured Produce and Global gap, our state of the art packing facilities have attained BRC accreditation and ISO 9001 and every member of staff holds a Food Hygiene Certificate.
