Jonathan has been letting and managing his own portfolio of properties since 2002, and now feels it is the right time to use his experience and contacts to offer this service to other interested landlords.

Our service includes:

Marketing the property through online advertising with Propertynews.com. (This will include a detailed brochure with photographs, a 2 let board can be erected at the property as an optional extra)

Arranging and carrying out viewings with prospective tenants.

Interviewing prospective tenants and carrying out referencing and necessary credit checks where required.

Drawing up the Tenancy Agreement and organising signing.

Collection of holding deposit and 1st month’s rent.
