Introducing the Smoking Gun

Our smell memories are power triggers and you can enhance dishes by intensifying their aromas. Enter the new Smoking Gun from Sage, to infuse food and drink with a natural smoke flavour!

Perfect for adding a finishing touch to cheeses, condiments, desserts, drinks, marinades, meats and much more, now home cooks can take dinner parties and entertaining to the next level.

Easy to use, the Smoking Gun is battery operated, with dual speed for ignition and slow burn, and comes with two smoke chip flavours – Applewood and Hickory , as well as a selection to load and remove to tap out ash after each burn cycle.
Use the slightly sweet fruity flavour of Applewood for delicate meats such as prosciutto, cheese, nuts, seafood and alcoholic drinks. While the strong and earthy essence of Hickory is ideal for rich foods like beef, chicken, antipasto, butter and aioli.
