Established by Robin Gibson in 1989, Gibson Design and Build is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) & Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). We are committed to the design and construction of buildings which are commercially sound, sensitively designed, and practically finished. We strive to achieve good quality buildings by unique design and innovation, balanced by realistic, practical, and well proven construction techniques based on the many years of our experience in the building industry. When necessary we work with other Architects, Planners and Designers to ensure we bring out the most potential possible for your project.

The Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) represents professionals working and studying in the field of Architectural Technology. CIAT is internationally recognised as the qualifying body for Chartered Architectural Technologists, (MCIAT).

CIOB members are skilled managers and professionals with a common commitment to achieving and maintaining the highest possible standards. Chartered Member status, represented by the designations MCIOB and FCIOB, is recognised internationally as the mark of a true professional in the construction industry.

Chartered Architectural Technologists provide architectural design services and solutions. We are specialists in the science of architecture, building design and construction and form the link between concept and construction.
