Fixtures Saturday 9th of August!!!!!! Friendlies Kick Of New Season in Ulster

Some fascinating games including a local derby- Bangor v Ards at Upritchard Park. They even have a pre match lunch organised. Instonians lost a similar friendly last season and ended up being relegated from the AIL.  Omagh v City of Derry another interesting contest in the West of the province. Carrick who are celebrating their 150th anniversary this season entertain CIYMS. Carrick are looking to be serious contenders in the promotion race out of Q 2. Gordon West Cup holders –  Larne welcome Dromore to the East Antrim Coast as they continue preparations to challenge for promotion from Q 3 to Q 2 this season.
