Pauls Gym in Bangor is the perfect place to train in Bangor. Conveniently located right at the top of Dufferin Ave the gym is spacious and equipped for all types of training. From free weights to treadmills, with great light and staff who will be able to asisst you implement training plans to reach your goals.

The gym is operated by owner Paul Kirkpatrick a Bangor RFC player so if you are looking to develop rugby strength and fitness, do not hesitate to join and get involved in a great training atmosphere.

We were lucky enough to meet with Jake Harrison who played for Bangor RFC on the famous Italian tour of 2013 when they played Benetton Treviso and below is an interview with Jake.
