We arrived on a fantastic sunny day at Malone Rugby club to cover the I & II xv.
The I XV game promised to be a very possible victory for Malone but they were well frustrated by a wiley DSLP side. This young Malone side want to be good so much and want to win. It was heart breaking to see so many young lads fighting with every stride and finding the run of play against them. The weight of responsibilty on these young shoulders must surely be bringing them near to that point at which the worm turns, the fight back begins. They know they can do it after a brilliant victory against Ballymena recently.
