End of season rugby trips to Prague! Its been a long season, kick back relax and go on a tour!

Its been a long season, but its summertime, it could be worse, its been a good season, you know its been a good season and the team worked hard, you were solid and got it together good and saw it through! Everyone is fatigued, mentally, physically and yeah they players know they got to rest, they got to do the rehabilitation, rest, eat right, keep that cardio going, and you know it summertime now so people are going on holidays, its good fun and its relaxing and we can all take a week off from training too hard, we can still go for a run on holidays, making sure we get a weights session done per week on holidays, and people know that 50% of our time should be spent resting and what a lot of people are doing is going on an end of season trip and that is when everyone will put together an itinerary and events and have an absolutely brilliant time and live the high life, getting out there and doing water sports, surfing, getting down to the coast and getting out to a casino, nightclub and getting lots of sunshine into the system, and you know getting that vitamin D level up, so you deserve it. Everyone worked hard and now its time, its actually an obligation to clean out the system so to speak of the fatigue of the last season. Maybe some new players are joining the team straight out of school or Uni, getting away and bringing a few of those new recruits along too will make them part of the group in no time, and those great nights, the fun, people chatting having a few drinks who knows maybe find a bit of love out there!

One week, its not going to destroy anyone’s training regime, the team have all stuck to their nutrition program all season, so its a reward, well deserved, to get out somewhere for a week and not have to worry about training or eating, i mean of course we can get a hike in still int hat week, and have a couple of days fasting even mid week, you know you should go, it does not have to be that expensive and these great destinations, they also have great culture and architecture and things that are a little more refined.

End of season, kick back enjoy it, go on a holiday!
