Dungannon Rugby Club U19S Are The Nutty Krust Floodlit Champions…….. OF ULSTERRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a tournament this year served up as it always does. Every lead up game to the final was a high scoring game and the footie was brilliant, the final was two sides Dungannon & Malone with two sets of very very good coaches to whom the players listened to and both sides put in defensive performances which are a credit to themselves and their clubs. THE DEFENSIVE EFFORT BY BOTH TEAMS TONIGHT WAS TOP TOP DRAWER. A credit to themselves, their clubs and coaches and the large group of supporters on both sides who came along to support their friends and family in a great final in which one penalty score separated the sides.

Dungannon have won the NUTTY KRUST TOURNAMENT AGAINST A TEAM OF EQUALS REALLY MALONE – BOTH TEAMS TONIGHT deserve the credit for getting to the final and all that rugby that was played in the rounds and quarters and then the semis, an incredible Nutty Krust this year as they always are and what an evening to end the tournament with great supporters and a true celebration of the great great game.

Its about the players and the coaches and the supporters – Rugby was the winner tonight.

Dungannon However will naturally have that extra special feeling right inside themselves as they have shared an experience that this year led to the final and winning the tournament THEY ARE THE NUTTY KRUST CHAMPIONSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS OF ULSTERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Very very proud to have reported on both teams and thank you Portadown, Brian Irwin, Willie, Barney, Johnny, Sid, Mathew and all the Nutty Crew & referees who organised the tournament with the utmost professionalism and have helped a lot of people with a lot of requests. The clubs who entered the competition and the wider Ulster Rugby community were there tonight along with the inspirational Ulster Rugby player Sean Doyle, its a big night tonight at Portadown RFC clubhouse and what a night for those Dungannon Boyz! Brilliant!
