A game of 2 halves! In the first half Dromore High were by far the side in the ascendancy. They scored a number of superbly well worked tries and spent the majority of the half camped in Slemish territory. Well drilled, skilful and with an excellent attitude they kept the momentum going with another score early in the second half leaving themselves 4-5 scores ahead.

Slemish College however did not come all the way to Ravenhill to go home without showing what they are made of. They started to gain the advantage, took Dromor eon in the pack and showed some steely determoined rugby, rucking, fast ball, mauls, backs doing a bit of weaving and where for periods absolutely superb. They scored repeatedly and are a credit to themselves and their school.

It was Dromore who emerged dserved winners, they did have alot more possession and turnovers in their favour, they where skillful and hard up front, they broke the line more and used an array of set peice moves combining the immense speed of the backs with the bull dozing power of their forwards to reak literal havoc for stretches

Simply an awesome game to watch – thanks to both teams for splendid final!
