Having undergone the long maturation process – this cheese is typically aged for 18 months – before finally hitting the shelves in peak condition this August. The long-awaited result is a complex and intense flavour, with a satisfying bite. Red Storm captures rich caramel notes and the sweet, nutty essence of a traditional Red Leicester cheese.

Due to an unstoppable ‘force majeure’, Red Storm has been unavailable since the middle of 2016.
