Cooke RFC Women are hosting a Taster Session!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 15th June!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cooke women would like to invite you and your friends to their rugby taster session.

We are holding a “Give it a GO” rugby taster session on Friday 15th June at Cooke RFC (Shawsbridge, Milltown Road). Everyone, of all abilities, is welcome to come along. No experience is required.

The session starts at 7:00pm and will consist of fun rugby drills and games. You will have the opportunity to train alongside the current players and ask them questions regarding women’s rugby. Information will be provided about joining the club after the session has completed.

At the end of the evening the Cooke Women then invite you into the clubhouse for Pizza and drinks so that you can experience and enjoy the socialising side of the team

We are hoping to have some surprise guests.

Cooke Women’s Coach Steven Williams stated ‘I think that this will be a good opportunity to reach out to females who have an interest in the game of rugby. There are very few events around rugby that are focused solely at females. It will be good to spread women’s rugby to some new people.’
