Cooke Ladies made the long trek to Cork on Sunday to play AIL Rugby against Highfield Ladies.
Valiantly and to their credit the Ladies never gave up and having had various injuries and unavailable players the management have kept wheels on and can now settle back into their training over the coming weeks and months in their various campaigns at home and away.

As the scoreline shows the scores where one way.
We can’t help feeling here that the break through is just waiting to happen at Cooke where as a club their is an excellent atmosphere and fierce competition for places.
These are the hard yards!
The dedication of the Ladies is awesome and we look forward to covering them for the rest of this season.
