The Concentration Levels, The Well played good rugby is just incredible in Ulster Grassroots Rugby, a doggedness.

Travelling around as we do to clubs and schools to each community of players and supporters in Ulster is constantly a demonstration of commitment, togetherness, intense concentration, love of the game and great organised clinical rugby, the implementation of scrums, rucks, lineouts, attack and defense off loads, we shimmys, put good solid concentration on tackling and defensive stength and good flowing attacks, ball retention, with intense concentration. It is no wonder that increasing numbers of family, friends and the whole community are getting behind school and club rugby in Ulster. Whether it be Finn Valley, Inishowen, Omagh, Armagh, Clogher, Coleraine, Derry, YM, Bann, Malone, Rainey, Armoy, and them all, you name it, RBAI, MCB, Lurgan College, Strabane, Foyle, Bangor, CIYMS, Cooke, everywhere the level of the game, the absorption of good information about nutrition, about training, about pyschology is developing teams with the ability to concentrate with increasing duration and focus during training and game time, and its resulting in closing the gap against better teams and furthuring the gap against other teams and the playing CV of grassroots rugby is growing and is something that each individual plays a part in. We look forward as always to every game and every opportunity to contribute to this. What a feast of rugby this season has been so far, its exciting!
