Ross Planning was established by
Les Ross in 2005 to focus on the planning issues associated with a select list of development projects. Success on planning projects has
led to an ever increasing project list and the steady expansion of the company. We have always relied on word-of-mouth recommendations
and repeat business.

Ross Planning prides itself on providing a professional service, whether the project is large or small. We deal with all types of planning cases, including simple development schemes, complex environmental proposals, and support on legal cases. We work with two key principles in mind:
Providing a quality service to all our clients. We work with a few multi-national businesses and a range of smaller companies and private individuals. The work is enormously varied, including schemes of regional significance down to minor applications. In every case our focus is on understanding our clients requirements and delivering results as quickly as possible. Whether we are dealing with a simple planning application or a complex planning enforcement issue our emphasis is on good client service.

Creating excellent buildings and places. The Northern Ireland Executive has set ambitious targets for growth and development over the coming years, this economic strategy is at the heart of policy. Planners have a key role to play by ensuring that the planning system is efficient and responsive to the changing needs of the market. At Ross Planning we believe it is critically important to create high quality buildings using sustainable materials and methods; buildings and places that will stand the test of time. We must care for the natural environment by creating new sources of green renewable energy. We are proud of the schemes developed through our office over the years and we look forward to creating even better.
