City of Derry 1st XV made the 180 mile trip to Galway today and suffered their heaviest defeat in some time. The 2nd XV suffered a heavy defeat away to Malone in the Conference League.
The 3rd XV had a league win over Banbridge by the narrowest of margins at Judges Road while the 4th XV lost away to Inishowen.
The U19 XV started their league campaign at Judges Road where they lost to Clogher Valley. All the Youth teams, U17, U15 & U13 had convincing wins against Ballymoney, again at Judges Road.
The Ladies XV failed to score in their defeat at Longford.

Spent Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of last week with Fiona and Shaun in Wellington getting sorted for the week in the South Island taking in the Ireland Italy game in Dunedin.
Thursday 29th went into Wellington to do a dry run for the Q/Final weekend as Fiona lives in Aotea near Poirua which is over an hour travelling time by bus and train from the centre of Wellington.
