Testimony to the dedication of players and coaches alike, despite rain, hail and cold, 17 under 18’s ladies turned out for training last Monday night. Coached by Mark Riddle (1st XV) and Zoe Templeton (Ulster Senior Ladies), 20 players have now registered with the club and have already had success in several blitzes and matches. Monday night saw additional input from personal trainer Adam Brennan and forward coaching from Phillip Fletcher (1st XV). The girls travel to Letterkenny on the 17th of February for the next competitive match with further blitzes to follow in the season. All new girls aged 11-18 will be made very welcome. Training is Monday night at 7pm-8pm. Contact Zoe 077065750058 or Shirley-Anne 07754603868 for further information.
