Welcome to the premier rugby sevens tournament in the North of Ireland! Having celebrated 40 Years in 2012 we are now working towards our 41st Tournament and with awareness of Ulster as a Sevens loaction and the vast growth of the sport this will be another superb year. No stone is left unturned to make this event the Sevens event of the calendar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With the rugby in full swing from the Friday night Samurai Sevens to party afterwards followed by the entire bank holiday weekend of rugby and fun @ Carrickfergus RFC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

InTouch Rugby will be partnering with associated sevens websites, facebook pages, and rugby news websites across the world to attract as much awareness to the sevens scene here as possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
