Firstly, I’m delighted to have found this product. Whenever I push myself when it comes to sport, my body reacts, and because it’s so important to look after your body after sport and fitness I always make sure to re-hydrate regularly and of course take my nutrition very seriously. It’s important for me to treat my body after strenuous workouts, because overall, when my body is working more efficiently my recovery is more successful and I can carry on doing my routinely workouts without injury. Ultimately, Movelat has now become one of the main products in my fitness toolkit.
