What a great way to Bangor Rugby Club to finish the season – great rugby, great weather and a great result.
Bangor Ladies U18 played Malone on Sunday 20 April at Upritchard Park in the final of the U19 Cup, and what a great spectacle it was for the spectators and a great advertisement for female rugby. Both teams played open, flowing rugby with some outstanding defence on both sides.
Bangor eventually won by 3 tries to 2.Becky Orr, Orla Menzies and Catherine Boal scored for Bangor and if there had been a TMO on hand, Hanna Harris would also have been awarded a super try.
