Discipline, commitment, clinical execution were words drilled into this squad during training this week and during pre-match and they delivered. From the first whistle to the last, Ards played a high tempo game of building phases, claiming territory and taking their scores.
10 of them, in fact. From a variety of plays and players and against a determined opposition.
As has been the way of this League throughout, nothing was easy. There were no soft tries, lucky bounces of the ball or a poor defensive line to play against.
