Ards Ladies Stand Up With The Ulstermen

Ards Ladies picked up a few tips with the Ulster Rugby Squad during a
training session at Newforge on Monday March 21. Read on.

The Ladies included Zara Jones, Jess and Melissa Rollo, Dani Boyd, Clare
Gilmore, Lisa Bibby, Susan Dempster, Martina Scott and Pauline McFerren.

Thanks are extended to Ulster Rugby and the boys for facilitating the girls
fact finding trip and also to Ards coaches Ross Reid and Ian Caughey for
organising the event.
