When letting a property we find many tenants prefer managed properties as managing agents often provide a more professional service, removing emotion from the landlord tenant relationship.
As a property management agency we are governed by the Lettings Ombudsman we have to meet their legal obligations when acting as letting and management agents.Our staff our fully qualifed and certified by the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
The Lettings Process
Search – Register online to receive email alerts when new properties are added that match your search criteria. We recommend that you browse through all available properties through our online search facility. At AMPM we also advertise properties that are To Let by our partner agents giving you a great choice.
Viewings – Early viewing is recommended to avoid disappointment. All viewings are accompanied by a member of staff who can help answer any questions you may have. Please Contact us to book a viewing at your earliest convenience. Our offices are open from 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am – 12.00pm on Saturdays.
Make an Application – Please fill in the application forms and return them to our office along with the referencing fee. Once your application has been approved by the landlord the Referencing process can begin.
Approval – After the referencing has been approved we will set up a move in date and arrange for the deposit and first month’s rent to be paid. A draft copy of the lease and all relevant paperwork will be sent to the tenant giving you enough time to fully read and understand the terms noted within.
