A Father’s Day Treat from Rosebud Preserves

Located in the Yorkshire Dales at Masham, Rosebud Preserves has been making its superb jams, marmalades, jellies and chutneys since 1989. The company is proud of its use of traditional methods to make tempting products, as well as sourcing the finest local and seasonal produce wherever possible.

Great Yorkshire Pickle (198g)
A dark, rich British pantry classic, prepared with traditional garden vegetables and Black Sheep Ale. Excellent with Pork Pie and Farmhouse Cheddar.
Onions, suede, carrot, celery (in varying proportions) 47%, dates, malt vinegar (barley), tomatoes, unrefined sugar, molasses, Black Sheep Riggwelter Ale (barley) 2.5%, mustard seeds,
fresh ginger, fresh garlic, sea salt, cinnamon, cayenne pepper.

Traditional Piccalilli (170g)
Fresh, piquant and mouth watering. A unique pantry classic bursting with savoury character. Perfect with Camembert and Cold Roast Ham.
Vegetables in varying proportions 88% (tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, red peppers, cauliflower, courgettes, green peppers), cider vinegar, unrefined sugar,
malt vinegar (barley), wholemeal flour (wheat), mustard seed, fresh garlic, turmeric, celery seed.

Spiced Plum Chutney (198g)
Deep, dark and richly spiced with cloves, ginger, allspice and molassed sugar.
Serve with Cold Chicken and Mature Cheddar.
Plums 49%, onions, apples, raisins, unrefined sugar, malt vinegar (barley), fresh garlic,
sea salt, ground ginger, allspice, ground cloves, cinnamon.
