Quins Ironmen take part in 70 Wild Miles Triathlon to raise money for CLIC Sargent charity. http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/team/quinsironmen
In a futile attempt to slow the approach of 40, Wayne Storey and Conor Keown have decided to get themselves in shape and take part in a triathlon, and at the same time raise cash for the excellent charity, CLIC Sargent.
Details of the event are on the fundraising webpage, but it involves a 47 mile cycle, a 10 mile kayak circuit and a little half marathon (13 miles) to finish off, so no mean feat.
Please give as much as you can, anything from £1 up.
