As part of the huge success of the 41st Guinness Carrick Sevens, several charities were supported over the weekend. These included £1000 split between the NI Cancer fund for children and the Oscar Knox appeal and in addition £1000 was raised for the Wooden Spoon charity, which helps disadvantaged children.
