MyFitnessPal apps now link to Wahoo’s Balance Smartphone Scale, RFLKT

Smart Bike Computer and Blue HR Heart Rate Monitor for accurate data measurement

UK, London, 19th December 2013 – Wahoo Fitness, the leader in iPhone powered cycling, running and fitness, today announces integration with MyFitnessPal, the leading free resource for achieving and maintaining health goals. Users of the most popular fitness-tracking app can now harness data from Wahoo’s Blue HR heart rate monitor, RFLKT/RFLKT+ Bike Computer and Balance Bluetooth Smartphone Scale, to more accurately track and analyse their health and fitness.This partnership allows MyFitnessPal users to link their existing profiles with the workout and calorie tracking information from Wahoo Fitness apps and devices, in order to easily sync accurate workout, calorie burn and weight data from Wahoo’s Bluetooth heart rate monitor, smart bike computer and smartphone weight scale.

From the Blue HR and RFLKT/ RFLKT+, MyFitnessPal users will have access to more accurate calorie data and results broken down by exercise type. For weight management, users will gain access to their weight recorded with the Balance Smartphone Scale, no longer having to manually enter their weight into their MyFitnessPal profile.
