I have thoroughly researched this product and its benefits> I am delighted with the outcome of my research (as someone who does drink matcha) and I would thoroughly recommend this manufacturer. The presentation is wonderful, the packet is very handy in size and is fully resealable. The taste is exactly as I would expect and is my first indicator of the authentic matcha. The region of Uji in Japan is a centre of the Matcha trade and production and the understanding of the benefits of this powder and its ingestion in tea form.
