Freezing at the hop but both teams brought the heat
Sunday arrived and brought with it a big day of women’s and girls rugby. Both Malone Women and Malone U18s played today, 1 v Ards/B’clare and the other Bangor U18s.
The adult game kicked off first in what can only be called a freezing day, bitter cold. Both teams had the shivers thats for sure. It got underway and from the offset the match was physical. Inside 10mins we lost our outhalf due to an accidental blow to the side of the head, which left her a little shaken. We took her off and kept her off to be sure. Coaches where worried. The Ards/B’clare girls had come to play rugby thats for sure……… see more at :- http://www.malone-rfc.com/l/match-centre-57042/0-2772055
