The cup run to this stage of the competition is already the stuff of legend in both fraternities and both are about as old school firm in rugby terms as you will get in the world. Clubs that count amongst their past player and current coaching and supporter base such legends of the game as Willie John, Keith, Sid, the list goes on!

Both clubs have this week been building up to the pinnacle of their teams season finale with a trip to Ravenhill to contest the final of the Forster Cup.

WHEN IT STARTED – The Competition first began in 1967.

WHICH TEAMS PARTICPATE – Junior 4 & 5 teams.

WHY THE COMPETITION WAS SET UP – Named after Jacob Foster, a lifelong servant of Armagh and Past President of Ulster Branch, IRFU

Whoever brings the cup home tomorrow will have a party in the clubhouse but in the spirit of the game both teams will have participated in a great game.

Text messages and twitter banter has been evident all week so while it started back in 67 this hotly contested cup is as much alive today as ever.
