S M Design Services Ltd was established in 2006, we are totally independent asbestos surveyors, i.e. not part of an asbestos removal company. This means you can be sure of impartial advice.

We take pride in being very competitive whilst also delivering a first class service. We can carry out Asbestos management surveys (Type 2) and also demolition / refurbishment surveys (Type 3), our subsequent reports are normally delivered within 10 days.

S M Design Services are available to carry out survey work throughout Northern Ireland, Ireland and Scotland. We are based in the North West of Northern Ireland, in Eglinton 6 miles outside Derry / Londonderry. Recent projects have been carried out in Belfast, Antrim, Ballymena, Lurgan, Magherafelt and Donegal.

Our survey work and subsequent reports are carried out in accordance with HSG 264.
